Loadout Builder

Pick a faction, fill eight slots, and see which of the four squad jobs you have actually covered.

The four jobs this checks against, and why anti-tank is the one nobody can delegate, are explained on Your First Fifty Dives. Controller setup is on Coming In From Call of Duty.

Squad gaps

Tick up to four saved loadouts to see what the group is missing between you. This is the check that catches four people bringing the same airstrike.

How the coverage check works, and where it will be wrong

The four jobs come from the basics page: kill heavy armor, clear crowds, hold ground, keep the squad running. The first two are treated as critical, so a gap in either shows red. The other two show amber, because plenty of good loadouts skip them deliberately.

The role tags are ours. GamesRadar rates items in tiers; it does not say what job an item does. So every tag on this page was assigned by us reading their notes, and you can click any tag on any selected item to turn it on or off. A tag you have changed shows with a dashed border so you can see which decisions are yours and which are ours.

Where it will be wrong: tagging is per item, not per situation. A Machine Gun counts as crowd clear, which is true on bugs and much less true on bots. The tool cannot know your mission modifiers, your squad, or how you play. Treat a green light as "you probably have an answer," not as a pass mark.

What it deliberately does not do is score or rank your loadout. There is no number at the end. The four jobs are a checklist, not a metric, and a tool that gave you 78/100 would be inventing precision it does not have.

Known problems in the source data, carried through rather than hidden

Support weapons appear on two lists with different dates. The August 2026 support weapon list rates them per faction; the January 2026 stratagem list gives one overall tier. Where an item is on both, this tool shows both, newer first, so you can see the disagreement instead of having it averaged away.

Spear and Speargun are two different weapons, despite looking like a typo. One is the lock-on anti-tank launcher, the other is the Dust Devils gas-spear weapon. Both are in the list.

Two Warbond entries on the source page carry duplicated text, copied from a neighbouring entry. Those are flagged on the item rather than silently repeated as if accurate.

The armor list has no tiers at all and is from November 2024, which is why armor passives are shown as a reference list with no ranking. Several Warbonds since have added passives that will simply be missing here.

Boosters rank only the top five. The other twelve carry no priority at all on the source page, so they show none here either rather than getting an invented one.
